Express Service Works When I was told there was about three cars ahead of me so it would be about an hour and a half wait. I chose to go do some other shopping and came ba When I was told there was about three cars ahead of me so it would be about an hour and a half wait. I chose to go do some other shopping and came back about two hours later. This time I was next in line and had service completed in about 45 minutes. The coupon I had was for a oil change with five quarts of oil. Since this is where I purchased this vehicle, it seems the system would know I need six quarts of oil even if the coupon had to have the $32 price rather than $29. Sure would make things seem more customer oriented.. Also, replaced cabin air filter at twice the cost of Jiffy Lube. More

Excellent customer service After my wife's eye surgery and we were to go back to Borger the oil light came on when I started the car, I just had the oil changed 4 days before, After my wife's eye surgery and we were to go back to Borger the oil light came on when I started the car, I just had the oil changed 4 days before, I bought and added oil but realized it was coming out on the ground. I thought the plug must not have been tightened. Cathy Brooks was the service person we dealt with. After explaining the problem she stated there were two vehicles ahead of us. When she saw may wife with her eyes bandaged and not looking well she just took my vehicle right in and then directed my wife to the sales area with more comfortable chairs than in service waiting area. When they found the problem, which was an improperly installed filter, she took me to the vehicle and had the tech show me the problem. She then listed the problem on the service report so I could go back on the oil change place. My vehicle was repaired very quickly. When leaving I told Cathy I noticed she jumped me to the front and I thanked her. She said she saw my wife was very uncomfortable and in pain and needed to get home. Cathy Brooks is and excellent employee and representative of the dealership and showed she cares about her customers. Cathy went above and beyond. More
