Service Department is excellent I took my Challenger here after making a 1,400 mile trip with the ABS light on. They diagnosed and fix the issue and covered the charges because ano I took my Challenger here after making a 1,400 mile trip with the ABS light on. They diagnosed and fix the issue and covered the charges because another dealership should have found that fault before. I also took it in again for windshield wiper sprayers not working and they had me in and out in under 40 minutes. Great service department. More

However, I am super satisfied with the customer service that they provide, it was so easy to drop the car off in the morning and have a shuttle service to bring me to work. they call me and let me know what work was being performed, what testing was being done, and letting me know with sincerity that they cannot get the vehicle to act up. this is not their fault that the car I bought has a couple issues, and they are working diligently to figure out what is wrong, they offer a shuttle to pick you up and bring you back to your vehicle as well. More

The service van was out of town and we would have had to wait for its return. We gave her permission to use our vehicle to drop us off while we did our Christmas shopping. We called them when we were finished and they came back to pick us up in their service vehicle asap, There was 1 1/2 hour wait that saturday morning to get our truck serviced. However, we didn't have to waste our morning sitting there waiting. More
