If there was a negative, I would rate it as negative. The service team is a joke. Kept my pickup that I bought at TD for 3 weeks and did NOTHING. This was after we made an appointment for service and was told to give them a few hours. Stated, we have the part in stock. We called back the next morning and they said oh we need to order the part, its on back order for approximately 15 days. Okay, why didn't you order the part already, diagnosed 30 days prior. Stated we did not order the part because there was not a warning light - NO there wasn't because Texas Dodge cleared the warning light. So no kidding! Did not call to inform us that they did not order the part, just kept the truck. Called to talk to GM and he never returned my call. They lied to us repeatedly about where and what they were doing. Did not even have the courtesy to call and let us know they weren't going to fix the truck, just kept it. When we finally called, they said oh yes its ready. Really? Left with the truck and warning light came on within an hour of picking it up. I will never buy a vehicle from there again (this was my 2nd purchase from there) or attempt to have service from there again. If you enjoy the run around and xx, Texas Dodge is your place. I however, do not have time for their xx. They not only lost me and my husbands future business, they have lost my family and extended family as well. More
I went to Texas dodge, because they said they could fix the Death Wobble problem in my Jeep. They quoted me about $900. After the "Diagnostic" ($150. Fee) was done it would be over $1,400. I told my regular mechanic. He examined, and showed me the parts they said needed replaced. He said there's NOTHING wrong with the parts! A Duel Stabilizer was ordered, and installed. Parts, and labor about $325, and he was done in 45 minutes! The Death Wobble problem was corrected. Texas dodge, dishonest? When confronted with the situation they would NOT refund that Diagnostic Fee! 🤬 More

I fully understand how difficult it is to find the parts to replace an recalled high pressure fu the Texas Dodge Team for repairing my 2020 Ram 3500. I fully understand how difficult it is to find the parts to replace an recalled high pressure fuel pump and the entire fuel system. Your ability to network with RAM care and expedite the shipment of parts assisted in getting my truck back on the road 6 weeks prior to the projected estimated repair date is phenomenal I know I can be extremely persistent and truly appreciate your patience in dealing with me as a customer. To the entire Texas Dodge Team, "Ya'll Rock"!!!!! More

They had our vehicle on several occasions for several months. They were the most unreliable service department we have ever encounter. We fixed the problem ourselves. If I could give this dealership a negative star rating I would. Unfortunately, I have made the poor decision to have this dealership work on my truck on 4 different occasions now. Have yet to have the same service writer at the end of my visit as when I started. I have yet to have my repair completed accurately on the first visit. I have yet to speak to someone at this dealership that is honest, and can give a straight answer on anything. Earlier this year I took my truck in for a recalled item. They called me a few days later to inform me that "some connectors broke during the recall and it was going to be $800 to repair. Long story short, over the next several months I was lied to, about multiple things. I was told by 2 different individuals that they were in touch with Ram trying to get my issue resolved. When I was finally fed-up and retrieved my now broken truck from this place. I found out not only did they not even contact RAM but that the part that "broke" was actually covered. During my investigation since retrieving the truck. I have found multiple bolts that were left loose during the repair. This is not the first time I have "discovered" items that were not properly put back in operating condition after they performed their work. I would highly encourage you to think twice about trusting these guys with anything. I personally would not let them air up the tires on a bicycle. More
The Salesmen will promise good service. (Even say they'll take care of you with a loaner. Ha!) But when you have a problem, the Service Department tells you bring it and leave it but it can take 7-10 days b take care of you with a loaner. Ha!) They There is no option to schedule a future appointment that might be convenient to you. Be prepared to take it and leave it for what could be days on end. The service manager even told me he feels like they are short staffed and there are over a hundred cars ahead of me. He also tells me he hears the complaints every day. This isn't just once, folks. It happens every time I need something there. As you can imagine, I am regretful of my dealership decision. More
