Our salesman was great he found the car we wanted. I was disappointed the tires were all over inflated (according to the user guide) with three tires 2 to 5 lbs. above the 44 lbs. max on the side wall I was disappointed the tires were all over inflated (according to the user guide) with three tires 2 to 5 lbs. above the 44 lbs. max on the side wall of the tire and the spare was 33 lbs. instead of 39 lbs. Your Mopar.com is no help!!!!!!! The area I need help on is all the electronics in this vehicle such as the Information center and the display in front of the steering wheel with resetting mileage etc. Reagan suggested "You Tube" and this helped quite a lot. It is ridiculous that this information is not available from your company. Thomas asked me to come by and he would go through everything and answer all my questions, which I appreciate. I would rather do it in the comfort of my home and not take up the time of your employee. This survey will not let me enter JEEP in "Vehicle Brand" so I selected Dodge. This is another example of a job that could have been done better. Thank you for letting me express my flustration. More
