Two words to describe Phil Smith: AWESOME and EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!!!This man was great! We called Texas Dodge and asked for a sales person and was transferred to Phil. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy. We had a bad incident in the past with another dealer and were very picky. This wonderful man had never laid eyes on us and still went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even had our brand new pickup trailered from Dallas just to make us happy. He was in touch with us daily through email or phone and he emailed pictures and anything else we needed. All we had to do was show up to pick it up. When we arrived Phil was taking one last look to make sure it was perfect sitting on that showroom floor and let me tell you it was!!!! We truly appreciate the great customer care we received from Phil and we most definitely will be suggesting his name and will look to do business with him again. More

Phil and Dean made my overall experience very pleasant and seemed to go out of their way to accomodate my needs.
