I went into Texas Dodge just to check out my options. Chad Shipman was the sales person who helped miraculously get me into an adorable, affordable little used car that I absolutley love! There were several other guys that helped and I owe them a big thank you!! Everyone was super friendly and I'll definitely return to Texas Dodge when I'm ready to trade up! More
My wife & I were looking for a 3/4 ton 4x4 in order to pull our travel trailer. I then jumped on the Texas Dodge website, the dealership is very close to our home, to check availability & pricing and ended up having an online chat with Curtice Spencer from Texas Dodge. Curtice was extremely helpful in providing online information so we ultimately setup an appointment to visit about their trucks. From the time I stepped on the lot of Texas Dodge I was greeted by everyone I encountered, found Curtice and he immediately made me feel at home. Within an hour, we settled on a truck that fit our needs, loved the color & features, agreed on an absolutely no haggle price, quickly setup financing and we were done. Curtice ultimately helped me with a couple of add-on's I wanted for the truck and made it all so easy. We are VERY pleased and will highly recommend Curtice Spencer and Texas Dodge to all our friends. In todays busy world, we don't all have excess time to be spending at a dealership, and I was wanting to take my time to be sure I felt I was making the right purchase. I must have test driven 10 - 12 different vehicles and was undecided between several models. Curtice was patient, friendly, quick to get back to me, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. I never felt rushed or pushed at all. You may know, one of the worst things people dislike about car dealers and dealerships, is they tend to make one feel pressured. But not Curtice, or anyone else at the Texas Dodge dealership. At the same time, I had their assistance and undivided attention. Curtice worked diligently to find the exact vehicle i wanted. When I was finally ready to make my purchase, it was fast and painless! Way to go Curtice! I have already been stopped at the gas pump by a lady who fell in love with my new car. This was the worst car buying experience of my life and has given me a totally diffrent prospective of Dodge in whole. I purchased a car at market value and later found out it was in a wreck! There were some issues with the car which we put on the "we owe you owe" form which were never taken care of. When I asked the used car manager about these he said "we wrote on the form that we would check it, not fix". xxx!! I will never buy a vehicle from here again, when I finally got them to agree to looking at the front end shaking... the service department had my car for over a week and when I got it back the problem was not fixed! I took it back and the service manager said he fixed it and was not going to look at it again. Again... xxx! what kind of service is this to a costumer. I waited this long (6 months) to fill out this survey to see if they would honor their promises and they didn't. I'm so diapointed I'm going to stop here before my blood pressure sky rockets. Never again Texas Dodge! More
I found a Dodge Ram that I liked that was on Texas Dodge's website. I called Phil Smith & told him I was interested if they still had the truck. I called him on Friday & gave him my information, so it wouldn't take so long when I got there on Saturday. When I got there at noon, Phil was busy so he turned me over to Chad. The truck I wanted to look at wasn't there and it took them 3 hours to go get it & bring it back. After I test drove it, I started dealing with Tim Dunn. I told him I wanted to buy the truck but that I wouldn't take less than $12000 for my trade in. He came back & said he could give me $9000, and I told him that I wouldn't take that. I knew what the bluebook on my truck was and I wouldn't take less than $12000. He finally came back & said he would give me $12000. I agreed. After being there 5 hours, I finally signed the papers. It's my fault that I didn't pay closer attention to the contract, but I thought we had agreed on everything, and I was hurting & wanting to get home. When I got the papers out to get the VIN # for my insurance, they had raised the price of the truck by about $3500. I was very upset, I called on Tuesday & told Phil that that wasn't the price I agreed on. He said it was the difference of what they gave me for my trade-in and what I wanted for it. I talked to the manager & he said the same thing. I told him I wanted my truck back & he could get his back. He told me that mine had already been sold. Then Darren, the manager, called me the next day & said that that truck wasn't priced right. He had it advertised somewhere else at $31995 instead of the $29995 that was on his website. This was fraud, I don't care how you look at it. My attorney said because I signed the contract there wasn't anything I could do. But he said if they did this to me, they've probably done it to others also. Either the truck was a decoy to get customers to come in or it was priced wrong. In which case they should have told me before I bought it. When they said they would give me $12000 for my trade in, they were suppose to give me $12000. If enough people have been done this way, a class-action suit could be filed for fraudulent misrepresentation. I've been trading vehicles for 30 years, this is the first time that something like this has happened to me. Like I said, I take the blame for not paying closer attention to the contract, but after 5 hours, I was wore down. That was their intention. Darren, the price listed on your website was $29,995 not $31,995. As for the nerf bars, they were suppose to be "thrown in" not charged to me. Darren, you also LIED to me when you said my old truck had already been sold. A month after trading trucks, the bank was contacting me wanting a payment on my old truck. Now how can you sell a truck without the title, which the bank said they still had? So quit acting like there was a misunderstanding, you knew what you were doing!! I made sure the bank knew also. More

Visit was great, and the sales people were super nice. Curtice is their Internet sales coordinator, and he will give you an AWSOME deal!
