Awful service department and the showroom is very outdated this dealership does not care about you after you buy a car I bought a car there last year and got rid of it this ye and the showroom is very outdated this dealership does not care about you after you buy a car I bought a car there last year and got rid of it this year mainly due to there awful service department never having time to look at issues unless you make an appointment a week ahead and then they still can't fix the problem. new suv already having issues with 20k no thanks traded for Toyota this week go else where look around. Didn't mention the non functional air conditioning Bought a used VW Jetta back in November from these guys. Once the weather warmed up a few months later, it became apparent that the air conditioning didn't actually work, just blowing whatever air was coming in from outside. Took it in to a VW dealership and had to have the entire air conditioning system replaced because it was shot. Not the cheapest of repairs.... Either Texas Dodge intentionally screwed me over with this, or their inspector didn't catch the broken system in the car. Whichever it was, Texas Dodge has proven they can't be trusted and I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else to buy a used car. More
