Didn't mention the non functional air conditioning Bought a used VW Jetta back in November from these guys. Once the weather warmed up a few months later, it became apparent that the air conditioning d Bought a used VW Jetta back in November from these guys. Once the weather warmed up a few months later, it became apparent that the air conditioning didn't actually work, just blowing whatever air was coming in from outside. Took it in to a VW dealership and had to have the entire air conditioning system replaced because it was shot. Not the cheapest of repairs.... Either Texas Dodge intentionally screwed me over with this, or their inspector didn't catch the broken system in the car. Whichever it was, Texas Dodge has proven they can't be trusted and I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else to buy a used car. More

Awful Untrained Service personal . I bought a brand new Durango from Texas Dodge I hate trying to deal with there untrained , RUDE Service Department no one knows anything about the war I bought a brand new Durango from Texas Dodge I hate trying to deal with there untrained , RUDE Service Department no one knows anything about the warranties and what they cover. I will never buy another vechical from this dealership. You can not reach no one in the sales department after they get your money. WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD . Do not buy from here. More
