Texas Dodge responded

Mike Thomas is typically in the dealership 6 days a week but we are actually closed on Sunday. He’ll still take calls on Sunday but is not actually at the lot to see if a vehicle is physically there. Our system automatically deletes vehicles when they are sold, but occasionally they are picked up by another dealership, or for some reason the system does not automatically delete them. This is rare, and hardly what I would consider “bait and switch”. I am also confident that we would have offered to find the same vehicle at the same price if given the opportunity.
