We will never buy from this place again. We bought a 2014 jeep from these people. We have only had this jeep for 1 year now. A couple months later we had problems with our gear shifter.. Wha We bought a 2014 jeep from these people. We have only had this jeep for 1 year now. A couple months later we had problems with our gear shifter.. What should of been covered under the "warranty" was denied coverage. We received a recall for the gear shifter to be fixed.. drove 2.5 hours to get it fixed.. little did we know they did not fix it like they said they did and invoiced they did.. Yesterday we had the passenger seat belt buckle break, so we took it to a different dealership to get it looked at. We were told "well while we have your jeep here there are also 3 other recalls we would like to fix". (hmm the gear shifter being one of them.. look at my invoice from the day they supposedly fixed the gear shifter and it says "electronic gear shifter fix complete". The sales person sold us the jeep and wasn't very helpful after we bought it and notified him of the problems. Of course he would be so helpful as we were going through the process to buy the jeep. We will NEVER buy from this place again. More
