I feel they have no integrity and really do not care that they don't. I bought a car there that was used. One of the highlights that was pointed out to me was the fact that it had a hands free system. After they don't. I bought a car there that was used. After purchasing the car as is I realized there was something wrong with the suspension which, ok, since I test drove it will incur the expense to have that fixed. However, my hands free has not worked since I got it and I was able to take it to them to diagnose the issue which they are not willing to fix. I feel misled and that they had to have known the car had these issues before I bought it. I would never recommend anyone go there. More
In short, Texas Dodge sold me a used vehicle that was unsafe to drive (broken motor mounts, power steering pump issue, etc.) That said, the manager told me that a used vehicle inspection was not conducte unsafe to drive (broken motor mounts, power steering pump issue, etc.) That said, the manager told me that a used vehicle inspection was not conducted and if it were they would have bumped the price of the vehicle. Therefore, they were fine with selling a vehicle that was unsafe and justified the purchase by saying that’s what happens when you buy a used vehicle.. If in the market for a newer vehicle look elsewhere in Amarillo. Texas Dodge does not conduct business in even a semi-professional manner. Ive got a truck that I’ve owned for 3weeks, haven’t made the first payment on and can’t even drive it until I fix the underlying mechanical issues that should have been caught during the UCI. Not good business practice.. More

I fully understand how difficult it is to find the parts to replace an recalled high pressure fu the Texas Dodge Team for repairing my 2020 Ram 3500. I fully understand how difficult it is to find the parts to replace an recalled high pressure fuel pump and the entire fuel system. Your ability to network with RAM care and expedite the shipment of parts assisted in getting my truck back on the road 6 weeks prior to the projected estimated repair date is phenomenal I know I can be extremely persistent and truly appreciate your patience in dealing with me as a customer. They had our vehicle on several occasions for several months. They were the most unreliable service department we have ever encounter. We fixed the problem ourselves. If I could give this dealership a negative star rating I would. Unfortunately, I have made the poor decision to have this dealership work on my truck on 4 different occasions now. Have yet to have the same service writer at the end of my visit as when I started. I have yet to have my repair completed accurately on the first visit. I have yet to speak to someone at this dealership that is honest, and can give a straight answer on anything. Earlier this year I took my truck in for a recalled item. They called me a few days later to inform me that "some connectors broke during the recall and it was going to be $800 to repair. Long story short, over the next several months I was lied to, about multiple things. I was told by 2 different individuals that they were in touch with Ram trying to get my issue resolved. When I was finally fed-up and retrieved my now broken truck from this place. I found out not only did they not even contact RAM but that the part that "broke" was actually covered. During my investigation since retrieving the truck. I have found multiple bolts that were left loose during the repair. This is not the first time I have "discovered" items that were not properly put back in operating condition after they performed their work. I would highly encourage you to think twice about trusting these guys with anything. I personally would not let them air up the tires on a bicycle. More
Bought a 2022 ram 1500 and at 6000 miles check engine light came on. Took it to dealship for 14 days and they told me nothing was wrong and they cleared coded. I know it's not there fault I got a lemon but they can't even make a deal... they don't want anything to do with me after they sold it More
