Won't Go Back I had a good experience the first time I went to Texas Auto. I bought a Saturn Sky Redline for my daughter. We went back because they have the kind of I had a good experience the first time I went to Texas Auto. I bought a Saturn Sky Redline for my daughter. We went back because they have the kind of vehicles we like . This time we had a bad experience. I bought a Jeep SRT8 and at first we were again very happy till the next day when the check engine light came on. We won't be back as customers ever again because bottom line we had to bring it in 3 times to get the issue fixed (Exhaust Cat Code kept coming on )since the muffler shop they used kept trying to cheap out putting on aftermarket Cats. At 1 point the Jeep overheated and we towed it to Webster suspecting a bad head-gasket. They threw in a radiator and cracked the fan shroud and told me to come pick it up. At that point since they wouldn't take the vehicle back,we ended up fixing the issue as I was so tired of driving it 50 miles out to Webster for shotty service. Its too bad that they won't retain me as a customer since they have a lot of nice performance cars/trucks on there lot but they didn't make it right so I will go elsewhere next time. More

Not so Red Carpet Treatment After All We flew in from Pennsylvania to purchase a Jeep. They had a driver pick us up at the airport. When we arrived at the dealership, Lorie was waiting at the entry to greet us. She was friendly and super efficient. The finance manager was prepared with all paperwork to sign so it was a quick and easy transaction. This group has it all together and work efficiently as a team. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Update: I originally gave 5 stars. The very next day of purchase, our jeep broke down on the highway. We notified them at 9AM. We waited on the highway for 4 and a half hrs. In that time, we called and kept getting the runaround. Prior to purchasing, we were treated like gold and we received calls constantly from them until the deal was made. Now that the car broke down... we aren't getting as much communication. We put down a good chunk of money. Our jeep is in their shop... still waiting to hear back from them as to what the issue is and how long it'll take. We are missing work because we flew in from Pennsylvania, and are stuck in their loaner car. Again, we heard from Laurie constantly up until the purchase was made. Now that they need to make it right, I hear crickets. So sad and frustrating. I just want them to make it right. More
