He got us in to look at the car the next day, which we ended up purchasing. He was responsive and attentive both before and after we purchased the vehicle. There were some minor repairs that we needed done, and he was on top of making sure they got scheduled in a timely fashion. The service department was also a dream to work with. So easy we thought. Even negotiated the price on the phone. We were told if something was wrong with the vehicle it would be fixed prior to selling or it would be sold at auction. We drove over an hour to visit this dealership and purchase this vehicle. The very next morning the check engine light came on. I know dealerships will often reset the codes so they can sell used vehicles. But based on the words of the saleswoman we were confident the car was a good buy. The very next morning the check engine light came on just by turning the car on. The vehicle needed work on two other major areas and I am praying there is not an oil leak. This car is for our college student. We told the saleswoman that. We need to make sure it’s reliable. She said she has a daughter and understood. If the dealership actually inspected the vehicle like we were told they did, they would have seen the other issues. They obviously overlooked it to make a sale. Super disappointed! So upsetting. Such crap. I was asked to do this review as we left the dealership. So, I did. This is the updated review after actually driving the vehicle home. Everyone has to make a sale. Sad that people will knowingly sell a car to a college Student that needs work done before she can actually drive it. Our daughter has had the car for a week now. Has not been able to drive it until all the work gets done. This is such crap to be nice. More
