Sold me an E350 with aftermarket mirror and no owners manual I purchased a E350 from here and I was in love with my car but now I haven’t had it 30 days and I’m so upset that they would put a aftermarket mirror I purchased a E350 from here and I was in love with my car but now I haven’t had it 30 days and I’m so upset that they would put a aftermarket mirror on a Mercedes the car didn’t come with a owners manual which I can purchase but who wants to spend $270 on a mirror when they just spent $35,000 on a car like this is so unfair to me so the mirror doesn’t function on the right side how it does on the left side called my salesman once I took the car to Mercedes and found out and was told the price I paid for the car was affected by it but why wasn’t I told about this at the of purchase so I will think long and hard before I return to this dealership to make my next purchase. More

There are fees in addition to vehicle cost that one should be ready to accept- most if not all dealerships have those extra fees; worth asking to negotiate the removal. I would buy next vehicle from this staff- research, be prepared when ready to purchase. More
