Lack of customer appreciation. Finance manager Adrian was great. Our salesman Imran and the manager Lupe have yet to return a call or a email after several attempts to reach out to Finance manager Adrian was great. After the sale is done they don’t want to have any contact with their customers and that is apparent. Sold us a car without any air pump or spare tire in the vehicle. The items described in the listing were not present in the car. This was expressed to both through email and verbally over the phone to Lupe. I was told they would get back with me but have yet to hear anything from either of them. More
