I was going to look on my own and then contact the dealer, but decided to call the dealer first. I called about 5 minutes prior to closing time and reached David Melendez. I had several questions about a vehicle they had advertised. Regardless of it being close to closing time, David talked as if they have just opened. He did not rush and was extremely professional. I made an appointment to see and drive the vehicle. When I arrived, David had the car ready, cleaned and a nice sign inside with my name on it. Talk about a WOW experience, he delivered on the "WOW." We looked at several cars and through the entire process he did not pressure us to buy, but was more interested in finding the vehicle that we wanted. I even emailed him after hours expected his response the next day and received an email shortly after sending it. We did find a SUV that met our needs and the price range. It was in great condition and has been a great vehicle. David is a true professional, honest and very knowledgeable about vehicles overall.
