Huge regret making a purchase from this dealer I would be extremely leery of this place. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but my recent purchase from this dealership was by far THE WORST I would be extremely leery of this place. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but my recent purchase from this dealership was by far THE WORST experience I've ever had. I bought a used 2011 Ford F-250 diesel with only 72K miles for my business. Within 200 miles of use it started having major transmission issues. I was even stranded half-way between Dallas and Houston. I brought it back within 4 days and while they said they would get the problem taken care of they refused to give me my money back. All the while knowing that I'd be buying at least 2 more trucks within the next 3 months (but you can probably guess I won't be getting them from this place). They supposedly fixed what they called a simple sensor issue and insisted they were unaware of any issues the truck had as it passed their "inspection." Sure enough on my way to a job a few weeks later the same issue occurred. I then took it to a local Ford dealer where the repair cost exceeded $750 and this was on top of nearly $600 worth of other issues (mainly faulty TPMS sensors). All of this expense within 30 days of purchase. I called repeatedly and tried talking to anyone I could to take this truck back as a sign of good faith as I would be needing more trucks. But a brick wall was put up over and over. They kept telling me that I should've bought one of their [over-priced] warranties and that there was nothing they could do. I would avoid this place if I were you. I know I will definitely NEVER come anywhere near it again. As I couldn't afford to keep missing loads for my transport company I had to trade this truck in. Ended up losing nearly $9,000 in depreciation and repairs and this does not include lost income from jobs I had to cancel. This has put quite a strain on me financially. If only I had just avoided this place. More
