Nightmare or a dream. On the day we (my 8 year old daughter and I)bought our truck, we had zero intentions of buying a vehicle. We just stopped in to look at a couple tru On the day we (my 8 year old daughter and I)bought our truck, we had zero intentions of buying a vehicle. We just stopped in to look at a couple trucks. When we got to the dealership Troy( our sales representative) greeted us soon after we got out of our vehicle. He was very polite and listened to what we was looking for in a vehicle. He began to show us several different types of vehicles. He would go get keys to one then he could come back and we had another truck we wanted to look at. And in the mist of him running back and forth getting keys and answering questions we found one we really liked. We took it for a test ride. On the test ride the truck made a weird noise. I was about to be back at the dealership and Troy said drive it a little More to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the truck. He wanted to make sure all is well and if something goes wrong he was going to fix it. It did not happen again. It was maybe a bump in the road or the conditions of the road. Not sure. We got back to the dealer and everyone’s thought of the nightmare of buying a vehicle starts. Negotiations? Lol. Well. I have to say it was not bad. Yes we had to discuss a few things for sure. Durning this phase the general sales manager ( Arlo Dotson) came out and we all discussed what I wanted, what they wanted and we came to an agreement. This was very nice as it saved a lot of time and aggravations on my part, Troy and Arlo. Once we agreed on price and terms the finance manager(Shawn beckwith) got our paper work together in a timely manor had all of our documents ready and highlighted and knew everything about our deal. The truck was cleaned above my expectations and it was fully fueled ready for my daughter and I to drive our new truck home. Over all the experience was great. Everyone at this dealership was great to deal with. From the sales representative to the manger and service department. Everyone did an excellent job. Over all the entire team at Texas Auto in north Houston did great. The whole experience was a dream. Thank you guys and gals. More
