He explained what was wrong with the defective ignition switch, that replacing it was covered under my warranty, told me of two filters that were in need of replacing at this st with the defective ignition switch, that replacing it was covered under my warranty, told me of two filters that were in need of replacing at this stage of the car's life (which I had done), he was very thorough and I came away feeling that I got a great service experience.
