Need better customer service Customer service was good at the beginning but as soon as they got the money all the promises and friendliness went out the window. Seemed like since they got the sale now the customer wasn't important and didn't give the same type of attention to the customer. Also after the sale things that were promised weren't fulfilled and when asked why not they argued back and made it seem like they didn't care and the customer was a problem that kept getting passed around to different employees while being spoken to harshly.
