It's ironic that on Texan Dodge website they show the acronym: "R.I.G.H.T. is actually an acronym that encompasses all of our values. Together these values create the foundation upon which we build ever acronym: "R.I.G.H.T. is actually an acronym that encompasses all of our values. Together these values create the foundation upon which we build every customer and employee interaction." Because after a visit there and dealing with Robert Barrett you would think the opposite. I have never met a more arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional human being. I am not sure what Texan Dodge is thinking having someone like that represent their brand but after reading many other reviews it seems as if many others experience the same thing at Texan Dodge. I have been to so many other dealerships in town and the majority of them are very nice, courteous, and professional unlike Texan Dodge. Stay away from these guys. They use the bait and switch tactic and DO NOT care about you, the customer. They only care about making $$$ and it clearly shows. It is sad that in today's currently social/political climate that people can't take out a little time to be more caring and tender. I am ashamed of these guys. Below are not the words that I would use to describe this dealership. BE WARNED. STAY AWAY. More

They wouldn’t admit it was stole until they reviewed the cameras. that took a week Then they pushed me off to their insurance company that wouldn’t cover the claim because of some sneaky vocabulary. I am now forced to have my insurance company persue su rigatoni These people do not do right by their customers they don’t care about their customers and their ownership group rep that I communicated with for Ken Garff Came off as a cocky know it all. Horrible experience horrible would t come near that place with a ten foot pole. More

Just wasted 3-hrs inspecting, test driving and then negotiating a price with the salesman only to get down to the brass tax of negotiations to find out this dealership has a Mandatory $1,795 "Security negotiating a price with the salesman only to get down to the brass tax of negotiations to find out this dealership has a Mandatory $1,795 "Security Tracking Module" added to EVERY USED & NEW vehicle, which they will NOT REMOVE OR TAKE OFF of their expected price recovery. So don't be fooled by any headline "Sales Prices" you see advertised. It's an old-fashioned false advertising/bait and switch scam that I naively thought dealerships had stopped doing in today's environment of price transparency; That's not the case at Texan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Humble, TX. Buyer Beware....save yourself the wasted time and frustration I went through and go somewhere else to buy a car. More

I th ought it went up after I purchased the 5 year gap warrany..I was then given a memory key with all the information. I didn't have a working computer or printer at home. So I asked Ja m es yo print it out fir m e. When I did look at the paper work, I was shocked when I saw tge car c I st $42000. My daughter a n d her husband told me there was a 3 year warranty on the car already so I called the manager of sales and he told me I could cancel gap but my note would still be $684.00 which was way above my budget. I thanked him and I did explain to him that I had been taken by hus salesman and the financial manager was there. He told me I didn't need yo talk to the sakes manager and I told h I'm I did.
