When the operator picked up and said its still busy I asked to leave a phone number Wow, tried to call their service department and was left on hold. She said they don't do that and the only person there is busy with the phone, works the drive up and deals with customers. I said I'll try another dealer and she just hung up on me. TREAT WOMEN BADLY THEY TREAT FEMALE CUSTOMERS BADLY. Purchased a used 2015 Jeep Renegade. When I went to pick up the car, it was washed and cleaned. The cleaning showed THEY TREAT FEMALE CUSTOMERS BADLY. Purchased a used 2015 Jeep Renegade. When I went to pick up the car, it was washed and cleaned. The cleaning showed numerous deep scratches and there was now stripping missing from a window. I brought this to the salesman's (HENRY) attenion. He told me he would make an appointment for me to have the scratches removed and fix the window. He said he would call me the next day with the appointment time. He never called me. I spent the next four weeks calling him. Each time he told me he would call me back with an appointment. NEVER HAPPENED. Finally, I began calling the dealership to speak with the manager. I was told he wasn't available and I should leave a message. The manager never called me back. I called again and finally spoke with him (DAVE). He was very condescending and rude to me. He also offered no apologies regarding the state of my car or the incompetence of the salesperson. He finally made an appointment for service and repair for me. I am currently at that appointment. No one knows who I am and the Used Car sales manager is nowhere to be found. I was also just told that if they do repair the car they would have to keep it and they DO NOT HAVE LOANER CARS!!!!!! If this doesn't get resolved to my satisfaction, I will report this to the Better Business Bureau. More

Shady dealership. Shadier than most. Shady dealership.  Dealt with a salesman who was working with 2 other groups of people.  They do not get back to you once you made the purchase.  Sale Shady dealership.  Dealt with a salesman who was working with 2 other groups of people.  They do not get back to you once you made the purchase.  Salesmen curse on the floor without concern for who is present.  Had I brought my children I would have left outright.  I am leasing a demo which the finance guy told me a service writer used as a demo, then a salesman told me the 80 year old owner was the driver.  So they lied, that's what shady dealers do. What really shady dealers do is to write down 30 miles over the true mileage on the car.  I checked it and it read 7430.  The contract when I got to see the fine print at home read 7500 after a 25 mile drive.  7430 and 25 do not equal 7500.  I called and my salesman said he would see why my contract is wrong but did not.  Also never called me back in regards to my radio constantly buffering when listening to fm stations. Not going back. More

They bully you into buying a vehicle So in my look for a vehicle I used TrueCar, this dealership was one of them listed that I visited. I was recommended to dealer Glenn and well frankly So in my look for a vehicle I used TrueCar, this dealership was one of them listed that I visited. I was recommended to dealer Glenn and well frankly I was very upset with what I got. I showed up unannounced, he was with someone so we made an appointment for me to come back. When I got back he was with other customers so he didn't start helping me till about 30 minutes after my appointment, oh and all while helping the other buyer. I was upset with the amount of trucks the dealer had to see, you would think there would be more. The trucks I liked I brought back to him and he went and handed them to the manager to deal with. Now with TrueCar all the other dealers printed out a TrueCar price quote, This dealership didn't, it was just a piece of paper with a bunch of numbers that I couldn't take home. The truck prices were higher than listed on the truck and I wasn't getting that much off as all the other dealers offered me. When I told him I wanted to do further research he got pushy and continued offer me a desk and phone to do anything I needed, seeming as if he wanted to bully me into buying the truck then and there. Later that night i received a phone call from him asking me "what truck are you going to buy?" Now I had already decided I wasn't buying a truck from there. Glenn proceeded to tell me "it's like you went to a diner, ordered a ton of food and then saw the check and said it was too much" I didn't agree to buy anything from him and I wasn't very happy with him trying to bully me into buying a truck. All in all, it seemed I did not recieve the TrueCar discount & I do not like being bullied, let alone into buying a vehicle. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE! More

We live in Arizona so last week I flew back and picked up the v My wife and I recently bought a used Mitsubishi Montero from Teterboro Chrysler Jeep. We live in Arizona so last week I flew back and picked up the vehicle and drove it out to Az. As I found out yesterday, I was lucky to have made it safely because the "metal" on the tread of the left rear tire was showing. My mechanic here in Az. said that I was lucky to have made it. I was really disappointed that they let me go on such a road trip with that tire. They had said that they put two new tires on the front and why they didn't check the back is beyond me. We also were disappointed to learn that much of the undercarriage has rust. Our mechanic said it needed an alignment but due to the rust, doing an alignment might break some parts. I understand that is common in vehicles from back East but we had specifically ask the dealer over the phone about rust and he said it was clean. Furthermore, he had said that the car went through the shop and was "thoroughly" checked over and yet the horn doesn't work and the radio antennae was missing. Also, they were unable to give me the radio transmitters for the keyless entry. I got one key from them. My wife made a few phone calls today in hopes that they would take back the car and refund our money since they were not upfront with the issues of the car. When the used car manager finally got back to her he offered no sympathy and no resolution. It was rather disheartening finding this out about the car and even more so that they offered no help in trying to make us an offer or to help out by offering to buy two new tires for the rear. Bottom line, I would not deal with them. Especially knowing that they probably knew about the rear tire and still let me leave on a 2300 mile road trip with a bad tire. More

Not only do they not offer service hours on the weekends, their show room is completely unprofessional. While I understand the idea of comrade in the work place, this location take it to another level. I waited for 45 minutes for a salesman who was supposedly busy, only to find out later that he was sitting behind me the majority of the wait. The receptionist who seated me initially forgot who I was and asked if I was being helped. I also was forced to bring my plates back to motor vehicle myself, which I have never had to do with any other car dealer. Please do not waste your time or money here. They are extremely unhelpful. Buying a car can be stressful as it is, this location will not help. The only reason I have 1 star is because it does not allow you to choose zero. More
