Of the places I have contacted most did not first thing offer a test drive. At least for me that makes me feel like a dealership is doubtful of me or untrustworthy but not the case with this dealer. Rich Demonte is a friendly low pressure salesman, he even offered for me to come back with my father and do another test drive! Overall fast and easy experience, and dogs are welcome! Best follow through ever! For many years I have been trading in cars at a rate of 1 per year; which should make any salesman pretty eager to contact me whenever I call. However, my experience over the years had not been like that until I walked into Terryville Chevrolet. We were just looking around the lot; wanted to see the new 2017 Camaro SS 1LE and out came Justin. He was friendly, informative and pretty laid back. I talked to him for quite some time and before I left I was the new owner of the Camaro. This is when most salesman stop communicating, they are done. Not Justin, he returned my calls and before I knew it we were back a week later to purchase a car for my son. As of today, he continues to respond to my calls and text messages, always in a timely manner and if he doesn't know the answer he will find it out. So yesterday we stopped by to visit and put a deposit on the 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE.
