Very good work in locating the perfect vehicle I'm very happy with the assistance I got from Meg Haviland at Terryville Chevy. I wanted a 2018 Traverse, black/black, Premier level option package. I'm very happy with the assistance I got from Meg Haviland at Terryville Chevy. I wanted a 2018 Traverse, black/black, Premier level option package. I dragged my feet about making the purchase and then they became scarce- I was concerned that the dealer may not be able to locate the model I wanted. Meg was able to arrange a dealer transfer at the eleventh hour and I got the one I wanted! It was also a Redline Edition which ups the coolness factor a lot. I am more and more pleased with the car as I live with it, and I could not be more pleased with the service at Terryville Chevy and most especially my salesperson Meg Haviland. More

Car blocked by Truck that won't run and car no keys. I questioned something being under extended warrantee; had the TC to fix indicated would take it up with Extended warrantee insurance company. Trun I questioned something being under extended warrantee; had the TC to fix indicated would take it up with Extended warrantee insurance company. Trunk leak. I went to pickup car after repair; they parked the car in far corner of dealer lot; had to use key fob horn button to find ; they blocked my car between a box van they knew would not start and a car owned by dealer with no keys. After some time waiting; they looked around then found the keys. Plenty of parking in front of the dealership. Very childish behavior on part of the dealer. Don't know the quality of the service or fix, since it has not rained since fix. More

Best car buying experience of my life! I can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience was at Terryville Chevy!
