Fixed Chevrolet Silverado steering problem I was happy with the service done, that my problem was solved as far as I know, and that it was completed in the amount of time specified. I have a major problem though with the actual failure in the vehicle. My Silverado, with just over 60,000 miles, was diagnosed with needing new struts, and a steering gear box. I baby this truck, having only 60,000 miles in just over 8 years. I never take it off road, and service it constantly. With that said, either the service department fixed something that didn't need fixing, or the model year truck has a serious problem with these parts failing and it needs to be addressed. I would like to hear from Chevrolet, either thru the dealer or directly about this. Until then, I would never buy another Chevy truck knowing that this kind of failure could happen in such a short amount of time and cost the over $1700 to fix. More

Exceptional Service Everyone in the service department is an absolute pleasure to work with. I went in for a passenger side headlight to be replaced and the DEF sensor w Everyone in the service department is an absolute pleasure to work with. I went in for a passenger side headlight to be replaced and the DEF sensor was acting up which I didn't notice and Don had addressed the issue with the technician and everything was resolved in a reasonable manner of time. Thank you for almost doing whatever is necessary to get me in with very little notice and also getting the job done professionally!!! More

Do not deal with hairy just terrible Harry was a crybaby from the start.
