Mass confusion Was told loaner vehicle would be available for recall and services that would take most of the day. Apparently my home town is too far from this dealership. I will remember this when shopping for new vehicle. More

When I arrived and stood there for 15 minutes, they did not lo My review stems from the very poor reception that I received from the service writers. When I arrived and stood there for 15 minutes, they did not look up from their computer to greet me or even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. They even left the room leaving me there alone without even saying I'll be right with you. Its experiences like this that will cause customers not wanting to come back. Very simple fix. Just need to work with people skills. More
