I dont know where to start im a man of faith and I know GOD works in many ways and I felt like the experience I had at this dealership was heaven sent ive never came across anybody thats as compassionate a GOD works in many ways and I felt like the experience I had at this dealership was heaven sent ive never came across anybody thats as compassionate and can really relate to customers and know what its like to buy or try to buy a car and when I spoke to steve for the first time and he said he will work at it he was a true man of his word he went to work like an open heart surgeon his service was superb and he has a great crew as well it was a true blessing to have found this dealership I think to be good at customer service you have to know what it feels like to be a customer with issues and relate and theyre the true dealer for the ppl!!!! More

I contacted Terryville Chevrolet and stated that I lived out of state, but would be visiting my family in town for two days for Thanksgiving and was hoping that I could pick up a new lease. This was my first time going into a dealership and I had hoped to use the one that I had grown up near. I made it clear that I had time constraints since I did not want to spend my entire visit at the dealership. Ray sent me a link to the site and told me to send him some of the cars that I may be interested in, fill out the financial information online, etc so I would have very minimal to do when I came and set me up for the earliest appointment of the day. When I came in I let him know that I wanted a lease, but may not actually go through with it as I had a budget and did not wish to go over it, but also wanted to LOVE the car. Poor Ray walked me through the rain to many different cars and even looked into ordering one that wasn't present. He was not pushy on me passing my budget. He only showed me vehicles that fit and didn't mock or judge ways weird preferences (No red cars, etc). When I fell in love with a vehicle, Ray spoke with different employees of the dealership and they worked out a way that I could have my car and keep it under budget. I went home to my family probably an hour after arriving and was told to come back later in the afternoon for the paperwork. The paperwork took 15 minutes, during which time I was informed, but not pressured into, purchasing "extras", to which I declined. I love my vehicle and I enjoy that the money I spend on my lease is going towards a small town dealership that takes pride in their job. More

For the first time in all my years of purchasing new and used vehicles I didn't feel the pressure or got the feeling that I was about to be taken to the cleaners. We were really surprised with how the service was here, they were not pushy at all. Bob really listed to what we had to say and took his time with helping us select our new(used) vehicle. I met sal last week about a certified truck I had been looking at.He told me that this truck already had a deposit on it .So instead of wasting our time ,he asked me what I was looking for and what's my b looking at.He told me that this truck already had a deposit on it .So instead of wasting our time ,he asked me what I was looking for and what's my budget.Sal was able to tell me fast that they had nothing on the lot at that time but they get trucks all the time.So I asked if it's possible to find a truck at another dealership.Sal went to work and in a few mins.he found me a 2011 with low miles only thing it was in upstate N.Y..Sal told me no problem they could get the truck here in 2 days .He called me when truck was at terryvile Chevy ,I went down and took my test drive and bought it.I was impressed that the truck was put on another truck and not driven from N.Y.
