Service department POOR SERVICE!!! Service Department did not have loaner car ready! Never call to tell me when one would be ready. After saying they would! Called them back and was told we would not be getting a loaner. They lied about when vehicle was being worked on. After spending $60,000.00 on a vehicle that broke down before 3000 miles and had a recall on it. You would think that at least Terry Thompsons employees would know what the word SERVICE means. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. More
