Buyer Beware!!! Be careful when dealing with this dealership because they are not in it for customer service at all! Yes, they will be friendly but they drag it out so that you just want out! I traded a 2015 Honda CR-V that was in great shape and got next to nothing for it. But hey, I LOVED the new Blazer so I was good. Then they couldn’t let me drive it home because they had to “inspect” it. Even though that “inspection” failed to find the extra door latch under my carpet in the floorboard. While we were killing time at the dealership I had told the salesman how I loved how my husband’s Silverado rode and functioned which is what drove me to Chevy in the first place but that I didn’t like to drive it. I was put in a Silverado after the deal was done until they could get the inspection done. Did I mention that I live 100 miles from the dealership?!?! That was not a comfortable experience. To make it up to me they were going to throw in a cargo cover if I would pay half. So, in essence, they probably didn’t pay a thing for that, just didn’t profit. I wish I could say that was the worst thing that happened. Service is a whole other story. The service department here is bad! After a bad buying experience where every possible deal they were willing to make with me included a service package only available at Terry Thompson (even though I live 100 miles away) I returned for service three times and will never go back regardless of if I have value left on the package or not! On the first visit, I asked about my infotainment system acting up. I was treated like I was crazy and that wasn’t possible. There must have been something to it though because a few weeks later there was a system update for it. I also mentioned a lump in my back floorboard it wasn’t looked at and I forgot to mention it again. The second visit I asked again about the lump in the floorboard and was told it was “made that way”! I have never known a vehicle to be made with a lump in the floorboard, but I wasn’t going to fight with these people. I was also told that visit that I needed an alignment even though I only had about 11,500 in mileage and noticed no pulling or other indications of needing an alignment. I agreed but ended up with a vehicle that pulled left until I could take it back. I also got home to notice a scuffed rim. I took the blazer to a different dealership who happily pulled an extra door latch out from under my carpet. (That will be my new dealership) The third visit, I am now thoroughly OVER the issues with this dealership but trying to get some of my money out of the plan that was forced into every deal they tried to make with me. They seemed appalled that I would even question them. They were unwilling to make anything right. They did redo the alignment but charged it to my plan and that's fine because the plan is no longer good to me. I won't be going back! My experience is the third strike you’re out. I gave this place many more than three chances to be better…. They just aren’t. I won’t return. More

FAST EASY!!! Richard Barlow is the man to ask for!!!!!! I have done plenty of research from Jacksonville to to Pensacola and jumped on Terry Thompson. Negotiated price over the phone with China. She said she would talk to her manager and get back with me. It didn't take but 10-15 mins and she called back. I didn't like the price, so i made another offer she said she'd call back and again 10-15 mins goes buy and my phone was ringing. She gave me out the door price and i was on my way up. Upon arrival Richard Barlow we met up with and said he would take it from there. Showed me the car. The car was ready for the most part and looked amazing. I test drove it and hit about 50MPH and noticed the car was shaking. It was due to the weights on the wheels that fell off. we brought it back and Richard wasted ZERO time to make sure it got fixed. I gave the keys to the mechanic he asked which side I thought it was coming from and he was off before I could take a step to get it fixed. Richard made sure I knew what he needed from me and was smart and FAST about the whole process. Very friendly and just an absolute please working with him. In the Finance Department I worked with Jason Noell. Everything was ready set up and he explained what each paper was that i was signing. He didn't mind how long it took me to read over the papers and answer questions I had. The ONLY NEGATIVE I didn't like is that he asked my to sign the check I had with me before he wrote the price of the vehicle on there. I noticed that and asked him write it in and fill it out before I signed for it and he did with pleasure. I don't doubt it was a long day for the entire crew and he just forgot after dealing with all the paper work to include it was at the end of the day. All and all it was an amazing experience and I wasn't there for more than an hour in a half. I truly recommend this team that I dealt with along with the dealership!!!! More

Jerry Huges / OUTSTANDING Salesman! On Monday the 03/13/17 I called the dealership about a truck on their lot. My call was returned by Jerry Hughes and we arranged a time for my wife and On Monday the 03/13/17 I called the dealership about a truck on their lot. My call was returned by Jerry Hughes and we arranged a time for my wife and I to look at the truck. Upon our arrival Jerry met us and showed us the 2014 Ram 2500. Jerry was wonderful to work with, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and worked with us answering all our questions. The deal was very complicated due to the fact I was trading in two vehicles for the truck. I only had one with me and Jerry worked with pictures, and the vin of the other car until I could get it to the dealership. He worked diligently on the deal even without the second car there and it didn’t arrive until after the dealership had closed. Just an OUTSTANDING salesperson! I’m 52 years old and I have purchased probably 20 cars from dealerships in my lifetime. I’m not just saying this but with the time and circumstances of this deal Jerry was unbelievable! Never once did he worry about what time it was even though we were there until after the dealership closed. He made my wife and I firmly believe he was working with us to not only get us in the truck of our dreams but to get us a great deal in the process. I just wanted to say Thank You to Terry Thompson Chevrolet and a huge Thank You to Jerry Hughes who made purchasing this truck a great experience! More

The service manager called me with a price and other things that it needed. I agreed. Then on the third day they apparently just for the first time actually looked at it and told me I need to take my van to a shade tree mechanic because they did not think I wanted to spend the money it would take to fix another problem. My van is a 2004 Roadtrek conversion still worth 40,000 and they treated me like I was a nothing driving a junk car. They were very unprofessional, lied to me about what was wrong. Encouraged me to buy other services before they had to admit that they had told me all of that without even looking at it. I might add that I had a reservation for this repair and they still treated me anything EXCEPT like I was family like their advertising alleges. Not a good experience. I took my van there to get Chevrolet service but apparently they do not care if you did not buy it there. Avoid this repair shop! More

Great experience Karl treated me fairly and we worked out a deal that was satisfactory. The car was not detailed too my satisfaction inside widows were very cloudy. I was told the rear seat head rest could be removed but there is no button I could find. The car drives wonderful. I wish the steering wheel came down lower. Overall the experience was great.
