Transmission problems very poor customer service My husbands Colorado started having transmission problems. We right away made the appointment to bring it in. Mind you it is only three years old. We dropped the vehicle off being told we would get a call by 11:00 am. At 1:00 I valled and got told that some screws were loose and a bolt was missing from the transmission oil pan therefore it is human error and the transmission is shot but will not be covered by warranty. When I asked to speak to the manager of service he answered the phone "yeah what is it?" When we get to the dealership the manager was rude told us that whoever worked on the truck in the past few weeks did this. I explain we didn't have work done. He than says well you all just of done it. Than says if you didn't do it than call your insurance company and tell them someone vandalized the vehicle. Long story short my husband went off on the guy at that point. We than file a complaint with GM. GM said they would make a decision in 48 hours and get back to us. After three days I get a call telling me they can't make that decision there I have to take it to another dealership and that we are no longer wanted or allowed to go Terry Labonte. Keep in mind over the years I have bought three different vehicles there. We were also told the bolts had wrench marks on them. When we got home my husband went under the truck and a we took pictures showing there was no wrench marks on the visible bolts. When we were there they said they took pictures of the bolts and they showed us a far away picture that you could not tell what it was. Extremely poor customer service and what I feel is a scam to not cover the transmission under warranty. The service man said it was not that because they don't pay for it. When I spoke to GM come to find out the dealership gets quotas and marks against them for warranty issues etc..and the woman told me he basically lied about the fact it does not affect them. More

Deceptive Advertised Prices I have been searching for a good deal on a new truck for a while, and after looking at this dealer's website, I found one that I was interested in tha I have been searching for a good deal on a new truck for a while, and after looking at this dealer's website, I found one that I was interested in that was said to be "on sale". After driving an hour to the dealership, I find out that the true price of the truck was actually about $5000.00 more than the advertised "sale" price. Needless to say, I did not purchase the truck and would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Traveler likes this dealer I have only used this dealer for oil changes and some looking at trading vehicles and I have found the people here to be very friendly, honest and goo I have only used this dealer for oil changes and some looking at trading vehicles and I have found the people here to be very friendly, honest and good folks to deal with. The oil change prices have been fair and competitive and they are fairly quick. Much better quality work than Walmart which is in near area. I do not live in the area and drive a fairly new vehicle so I can not comment on any mechanical work. More

After talking to the salesman for a while, we walked away without a vehicle as I expected. What I didnt expect was a call a few days later saying they had worked out financing on terms I could handle. The vehicle I purchased had everything I wanted at a great price, well under book value. The salesman was very personable and not pushy, and determined to help. I was treated better here than in either dealership I have purchased brand new cars from in the past. I couldnt be more pleased. More

Say that they approve people with very low Fico scores which they advertise all over the news media and then some to no extent at all. Which are not true,.. Next they get you set up to purchase a new automobile,.. Then they say no we cant approve you,.. Then they call you,.. call you and still call you,.. Then they don't call you for a couple of weeks,.. Then out of the blue they call you again,.. And totally act like you never been at there Dealership like asking what kind of automobile were you looking for and this and that,.. What a joke they are, Never never ever again. More

I put a deposit on a used truck and scheduled a Saturday purchase. I contacted the dealership on Thursday prior to the scheduled appointment and told them I could not make the scheduled appoint on Saturday purchase. I informed them I needed to reschedule for the following Saturday. On Tuesday I received a phone call indicating they sold the truck. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't a deposit suppose to guarantee a purchase. I will never deal with Terry Lebonte Chevrolet agin, nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
