Awful place! I brought my car in for service on my car radio first thing Thursday morning. An associate named Jason told me he would call by the next day to let I brought my car in for service on my car radio first thing Thursday morning. An associate named Jason told me he would call by the next day to let me know what needed to be done. I hadn’t heard anything by 11:30 am Friday morning. I called and was told Jason was with a customer and he would call me right back. He never called. I called every hour after that and left multiple messages. I made a final call at 5 pm and Jason would not talk to me. I had enough at that point and just told them I would be picking up my car the next morning. Keep in mind, I rented a car during this and just wasted two days for nothing! When I went to pIck up my car, they had the nerve to charge me $230. for a diagnostic fee! What a scam! How many other people have they done this to?! More
