I brought my Chevrolet Camaro to Terry Cullen Dealership in Morrow in June 2022. I had a tune up at the cost of $700.00 Three months later my engine light comes on, codes that relate to coil and spark plug in Morrow in June 2022. NEVER had this problem before. After submitting a bad review, Terry Cullen agreed to put me in a loaner car, and fix the problem. My car was return to me a day later. Which I was charged 500.00. Which was last Thursday September 22, 2022. Saturday September 24,2022, my car start to do the same thing and the engine light came back on with the same code. I contact Drew Cullen, was advised to bring car back, on Monday September 26,2022. I was put in another loaner car. The sales manager Lee Powell request to take the car home to test drive to see what was going on. Today I was told that a signal is not connecting, to computer and giving that engine light reading and causing tremble. Could been caused by their technician, My question is why didn’t your certified technician take out the time to establish, the problem last week, before charging me $500.00. Now Terry Cullen says it’s going to cost me 0ver $1000.00 to fix the problem, that should have been done the previous week. And they mentioned Now my car pass emission, unless I pay them fix my car for 1000.00!!! I originally purchased my 2011 Convertible Camaro from Terry Cullen , brand new, I see in BBB, other customers had the same complaints about bringing their car in for one thing and days later, other issues come up. I will Never in life do business with Terry Cullen. This review is coming from a loyal customer of 11yrs. More
Part of this is my fault. I should’ve read paperwork better even if it was close to closing. They raised my interest rate 2% over agreed %. Also no where in the add for the truck I bought did they say it was turned in under lemon law. In the add it just says low miles one owner. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life and I don’t trust any dealer but this has got to be the most deceitful I’ve ever run across. Stay away from this dealer. More

Since May 12, 2022, my 2012 Chevy Cruze LS has been with Terry Cullen. GM don't have the Cam cover part due to a back order. There is no date on receiving the part. I was told that the repair person don't start working on the car until the part is received. That is unacceptable. It could take weeks before GM sent the part. Why not start repairing the other things on the list that I agree on? I have been a customer since 2012 and never experience lack of communication on the status of my car until now. I don't want my car park at your facility and no work performed. It would be great if Terry Cullen had a car to use until the part is received for repair. More
Purchased my first Chevy (Tahoe) from another dealership in '02 and for conveniencebegan using Terry Cullen for service. Purchased my second Tahoe from Terry Cullen in '10 now doing business with them for a in '02 and for conveniencebegan using Terry Cullen for service. Purchased my second Tahoe from Terry Cullen in '10 now doing business with them for about 19 years. Great, friendly service every time. Jeff Taylor has been my service manager for many years now.
