I had a scheduled appointment for a simple Oil Change. I arrive at 1:25pm for a 1:30pm appointment. Service Advisor Kristi was great with checking me in for my appointment. Then someone came and moved it to the outside area and it sat there until 3:22pm. Someone finally came and move my car for the actually Oil Change. I left the dealership at 3:57pm. I'm so angry and confused at the time I spent waiting!!!!!! :( More

It wasn’t too much of a complaint there besides checking my receipt and seeing that I’m being charged 1,000 for labor. Which was a little ridiculous. 2. My consultant was the biggest issue. D’Marrio was helpful until he stopped communicating with me about my car. I have the time stamps of our messages. I called the store and was told that he was “on vacation till Monday”. This act of professionalism is crazy to me. Especially when you’re dealing with someone’s car and the services are as expensive as they are. Now, I am a teacher. I wasn’t able to get off until after 4. I’ve spent countless dollars on Lyfts and Ubers. I try to leave the earliest that I can. After receiving the confirmation text that my car was ready, I purchased another Uber to get to the location to pick up my vehicle. I will admit that I didn’t have my information ready to apply for the credit service you all offered to pay for the repairs, but he didn’t give me a welcoming attitude when I came to pick up my car after waiting a whole week. He kinda brushed me off and suggested that I pick up the car the next day which was extremely inconvenient. Dealing with him was the worst part of my experience. 3. I was told that my car would be ready in 1-2 days when in fact that it didn’t take that long at all. It took an entire week. I don’t like being told a timeframe if it isn’t adhered to. This could’ve been communicated differently. These were my main concerns. I appreciate Shauna(Shonna) for helping me, but being inconvenienced like this with the PRICE was very very frustrating.
