Not sure what to say here but I do feel this Ms. G's frustration. In the middle of Ms. G's verification process the bank that tentatively approved her loan closed their doors. We were as stunned as she was. We EXHAUSTED all our other resources and although we secured an additional approval we could not come up with one with terms that were acceptable to her. On the first approval the only car that would work with the our approval that met her terms was a Cobalt which was recently under a recall. So as not to put in her harms way we gave her loaner car to drive while we waited for the part to come in for the recall. We take customer service quite seriously and we regret that Ms. G did not have a more positive experience.
