Car and turn on the ingestion and it say change Oil look at where my oil level was and it states 0% how is it 50% to 0% over nite not understanding and I A regular customer came in to have that checked just paid out $800 yesterday and payed out $37.20 for and oil chamge that I knew I had time on . Amd then your employees don't check fluid when changing oil so the are not topping off fluids . I'm still not understanding why did mynoul read 0% from 50% sitting on your lot over night. Paid too much to have car misdiagnosed Took my car into the dealership because the brake lights came on while driving and would go off after pressing the brake. "Specialist" said I needed to replace my brakes and would have to come out of pocket $900 to replace the ESC sensor since it came on while driving. I did my researched and googled my issue which was a recall. I eventually found out how to resolve it myself by going on youtube. So in essence I overpaid for brakes and would have overpaid for a sensor due to the lack of knowledge by the staff. I called and told the service manager and he didn't offer not one apology. I will never buy a Chevy or any car from Terry Cullen! More
The worst service ever! Beware, do not bring your car here!! Thursday May 12, 2016, I made an online appointment for 8:10 a.m. I live all the way in fairburn! I put everything that I needed done on my service o Thursday May 12, 2016, I made an online appointment for 8:10 a.m. I live all the way in fairburn! I put everything that I needed done on my service order in detail. I also requested the option to be contacted by phone if there were any issues. When I arrived at my appointed time, the cars were wrapped around the building for the service department. I parked and walked in, and Jeff was extremely rude after I stated my name and that I was there for an appointment! He told me he wasn't honoring my appointment because, they don't do them on Saturday. I showed him my confirmation, then he stated, nothing that I show him will make a difference, and that I'm wasting my breath, AND that if he was me, he would go get in line like everyone else!!!! I walked off and left. I called back to get a manager and the receptionist apologized for the bad experience, asked me to reschedule and come back Monday and talk to Lee Powell, I said okay. Get there Monday, service is worst! From 8a.m.-1:37 p.m nobody was working on my car ! They did not honored the price I was quoted on Thursday when I called. My price went from $571 to $1137 plus dollars. When I talked with service Manager Lee Powell about the treatment I received first on Saturday, he had no reaction. He just looked at me, so I got up and walked to the waiting room. After I complained about the quote I received not matching the price Stanley called Lee back but there was not much support there. Stanley and I, worked everything I wanted down to $928. I told him I need that in writing because, we had been back and fourth twice already. He wrote the final price down on his business card $928, I signed paperwork and said okay. Did I mention there are no loaner cars available? ??? Fast forward 5 1/2 hours later, no one is working on my car and I have 2 kids to pick up from elementary. I told them to pull my car back around. So, I guess Lee got wind of that decision, because he came back to talk to me. I told him I was very disastisfied, and that I had never been treated so bad, and that they sucked, and I was never coming back. I asked for Terry Cullen number so I can express my dissatisfaction. He then, offered me a demo car he was driving and brought me to his office. That ended up so disappointing! I told him that when I come back, that it's clear that Stanley has giving me a price of $928 in writing. He said about that, it's going to be $60 more dollars for the headlight and 37.97 for a harness. I told him all I was paying was $928. He had already copied my insurance and license for the demo car. He said if you don't pay for the other stuff, he won't let them fix on my car. I told him I was already paying $400 over what I was quoted and just for them to fix what I'm offering to pay for. He said well, I'll bring your car back out! I told him I wasn't about to kiss his xxx for them to fix my car! He pulled it out, I snatched the key, and went to Ivory Chevrolet, where I received excellent customer service before I even got out the car. Up front pricing, and a loaner car in 40 minutes I was gone. Oh, I forgot to tell y'all how Stanley called me a flim flam!!!! Really??? DO NOT GO TO TERRY CULLEN CHEVROLET, AT LEAST NOT FOR SERVICE, I CAN'T SPEAK ON THE SALES PART! More

The sales people there are GREAT BUT make sure you go in with your own financing so that his inability to do his job won't affect your chance at a new car! #verydisappointed More

I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told I would get a call when the car was diagnosed. 6 hours later I was at work and after calling back a few times my wife was told the motor was shot and the car was ready to get picked up. The following day I came in to pick up the car, was charged $95 for the diagnosis that said "burning coolant" and told Stalney Watkins weas unavavible because he was in a meeting. I go home and try to reach him a few more times throughout the day only to leave more messages. Here it is Wednesday morning with no response call to talk about my car diagnosis. I leave a message for both Stanley and the manager to explain my dissatisfaction for their lack of professionalism but I do not expect to get a call back. Sorry I went to this place, obviously their motive is to collect money and provide no professional opinion or advice afterwards More
