Very Pleasant Experience I recently shopped at Terrebonne Lincoln and had nothing but good things to say about the experience. I was there on a Wednesday to browse and purchased the car by Friday afternoon. Sales Representative was very polite, pleasant, and offered quick service. He offered me to take the car home overnight for a test drive which was very conventient. It allowed my husband to see/ride/drive the car when he otherwise wouldn't have been able to because of a busy work schedule. Each of the three times I went there, I didn't have to wait. Mark was quick on his feet. After the purchase and demo, he offered to repeat the demo another day if I needed. Mark was very knowledgeable about the Lincoln Continental and sincere. I also had the opportunity to deal with James Relan, the business manager. He was also as pleasant and friendly. He was very prompt and knowledgeable in handling the sale. Overall, the dealership provided a positive experience for me. Everyone I encountered there was very polite and friendly. More
