Perfectly smooth transaction It was actually a quite different transaction but Alex is the one that made it all come together and we ended up quite happy! It was a Friday night It was actually a quite different transaction but Alex is the one that made it all come together and we ended up quite happy! It was a Friday night and I had already made a deal to pick up a car from another dealership the next day on Saturday. Friday night I saw an online ad for a car that was exactly everything my wife wanted so on a whim I sent an email making an offer even though I'm from Texas and it was 7 hours away in Louisiana. I thought it was a fair but definitely aggressive offer but it was what we could afford. Saturday morning as we're fixing to leave to pick up the car deal I'd made, which was a car of much lower trim level but in our budget, Alex calls to let me know he thinks he can deal with my offer. 2 hours later Alex and I had talked and texted through a deal including preliminary terms on my trade in and he and his team had nailed down a interest rate I was happy with. So at 10:30 AM we leave from Texas headed to the far side of Louisiana where Alex meets us at about 6:00 and an hour after they've closed with all the papers ready. By 7:30 Alex had bought us a tank of gas and was seeing us off to go out to eat in our new car that was exactly what we wanted and at a price we could afford.
