Recent vehicle purchase I went to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Lannie in the parking lot. Through out the whole process he went above and beyond to put us in I went to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Lannie in the parking lot. Through out the whole process he went above and beyond to put us in the right vehicle, including driving us from the dealership on the west side to the dealership on the east side to look at multiple vehicles. We didn’t have a particular car in mind but narrowed it down to a couple of cars that we thought we would choose from. We stopped in to see what Terrebonne Ford had to offer, being that online inventory is not always what’s available. We were met by Lanny Picou on the pre-owned lot. I explained what we were shopping for and Lanny gave great info on our situation. He suggested a car that was a little more than I wanted pay, but (as all sales teams do) quickly pointed out that what we were looking at was really not the best deal for us. Spending just a little more on an available program car vs. other cars we looked at, getting a factory warranty, and stepping up in class, gave us a nicer car than we thought we would end up with. They even stayed late on a Saturday knowing my son was excited to get his own wheels. Had a great experience and my son couldn’t be happier. More
