We weren’t originally planning on purchasing a brand new vehicle but after weighing all points we decided to move forward due to the rebates and incentives... the only thing that we didn’t get were the mud flaps that we were hoping to get as an additional incentive to purchase but hey... you can’t have everything...right? There was a small issue with the color of the seats as we wanted grey as the free upgrade to leather color but all they had was black. Chris worked really hard as well as the manager and got the color we had originally specified. I know they caught some flack from Ford but hey, this Cajun girl would have went Cajun on Ford Corporate if I had to LOL... all in all Terrebonne more than met our expectations and Chris was professional and courteous as well as finance department! I would definitely recommend them. Hey, it was a 2 hour drive for us but we went and were glad we did! Thank you Terrebonne Ford! More

Service Department Long story short, repairs to the truck were claimed to be done and not. Rear receptacle was said to be fixed but does not work. Now, wipers intermittently do not turn off now and was working prior. Just received a phone call to say the back ordered part was in and that I will be responsible for the windshield wiper problem. My wife and I have always driven a Ford and always will, but will never buy one from Terrebone ford again. This is not an isolated event, I have had nothing but bad experiences with this service department. More
