Even after Katie was spoken to in a VERY rude manner by one of the finance managers, which happened to be the man who sat with us to count our cash, she remained in her sweet disposition, and carried on as if it didn’t phase her. We are not happy at all with how he treated her. My husband, if not for how much we loved Katie, was going to walk away from the deal bc it was extremely unprofessional how he treated her.
