New Tires for My 2014 Ford Edge I received excellent service in replacing my tires on my Ford Edge. On my initial visit, a service representative assessed the current condition of m I received excellent service in replacing my tires on my Ford Edge. On my initial visit, a service representative assessed the current condition of my tires and suggested that perhaps I would like to coordinate the replacement with my next service appointment and economize on my trips to the dealership. She then provided descriptions and estimates for three versions of replacement tires, based on Good/Better/Best categories. She also advised me of the type of tire that seems to work best in my location/weather/local road conditions, etc. I also was given prices to include in my decision. When she realized that I travel out of the country for my work, we determined that I should call the Service Department to schedule that visit at least one week in advance of the time when I would be in town to have tires replaced and the service work to be done. That would give them time to order the tires if they were not currently in stock. As that time approached, I went in to speak directly about this and the representative remembered our conversation. When she went to verify the tire selection that I had made, she learned that tire had been discontinued and the ordering person researched a similar replacement that was available and it was even slightly cheaper in price. The tires were ordered and the appointment scheduled for when I would be back in town. When that day came, a driver took me home to save me time. All of this courteous and thoughtful service earns a 5-star rating. My family has been dealing with Terrebonne Ford for 50 years and we have always had a five star experience. Even when we lived out of town, we returned to the Barkers to buy our many cars. The Barkers' service is at the heart of their dealership. You can buy a car at an endless number of dealerships---but we learned that buying the car is a one-day experience---but servicing that car is a very important reason for our choice to buy from Terrebonne Ford.
