Salesman Alex Jenkins is great. He doesn't pressure you into something you don't want. Yogi and James both helped getting the ball rolling. Many friends and family have had poor service where things were not cleaned up after the job was done or the quality of workmanship was check off but not done like properly torqued lugs. The service manager ,Tank,needs to learn how to speak to customers and not make assumptions. This is the second vehicle I buy from this dealership. I've had great service with the buying process but very poor with the service department. If I every need work done, I'll just bring my vehicle nextdoor to their sister shop at the Lincoln/Mazda dealership More
