Good people but there are some shady tactics I bought a truck here 8 days ago. When we test drove it, with the dealer, there was a loud squeal coming from under the hood. The dealer assured us th I bought a truck here 8 days ago. When we test drove it, with the dealer, there was a loud squeal coming from under the hood. The dealer assured us that if we purchased the truck, the problem would be addressed. It was not looked at or fixed, so we took it back in. They said they were not to address it, that the customer has to pay, even though we were told the opposite. On top of this, they talked us into buying a $3000 warranty. Well in the 8 days of owning it, the alternator is still screaming, the fuel pump is broken (registering level), and the climate control is messed up. All of these things are covered under the warranty, which is good, so we contacted them and took it in AGAIN. Upon arrival they tell us that they can't do any of the $3000 warranty work until 30 days after you buy the vehicle. So they lied about fixing one of the issues before possession, then can fix NOTHING under warranty in the first 30 days. I also feel like I was scammed with the "anti theft etching" stuff? The price was included on the contract and was not told to us that it was an option we could refuse, so I now paid for a service I neither want or need, due to them not being open about it, the same with the "chem pack"..The only thing they said was actually optional was the warranty that you can't use. Aside from not getting covered immediately after spending an extra $3000 and being lied to, it's a great place. Everyone was very nice and very helpful! Just make sure that you get all of the FACTS rather than believing lies or then neglecting to tell you that they don't honor their warranty in the first month so hope nothing goes wrong for a while after you spend the cash. Excellent sales and finance team. So we came in looking for a used 3rd row Suv. We were greeted by our sales consultant Mike Wormser! Mike took interest in what we were looking for, showed us the models that fit our requirements, all with no pressure. Then he discussed with us a few options we hadn't thought about. We took our test drive as Mike explained the warranty through the dealership and the benefits of it. By the time the test drive was over we knew we wanted this traverse. We filled out the necessary paperwork and Mike suggested we go to lunch while we wait for approval. Our approval was fast and took less time then our lunch. We were on a time crunch that day and Mike and Steve quickly met our needs with the paperwork ready when we got there. At no time did we feel pressured. We ended our day there with a vehicle we Love, service we can appreciate, and our needs more than met! Very Happy Customers! More
