Excellent, Family Oriented Dealership Gjovik Chevy was a great car buying experience! Went in looking at a used 2017 Malibu with everything we were looking for. Brandi confirmed all the details of the model we were looking at and made sure it was available that night (7pm on a Friday). Upon arrival we were greeted by Mario Hernandez. Mario was very friendly, personable and a great person to work with. Mario took the time to listen to our needs and budget and work with us to find a price we could all agree upon. Steve Squillo was able to get us credit approved and out the door that night with the car. We came back the following day with some follow up questions, and to drop off our down payment. Steve answered all our questions and made us feel at ease with our purchase. There was small cosmetic issue with the car a few days later (nothing major) and Joe Albright got us in and out within an hour and even gave us a free tank of gas for our troubles. While at the dealership we were offered: water, soup/grilled cheese (from the employee potluck) popcorn and coffee. All employees demonstrated care and concern, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work at Gjovik Chevy. Would highly recommend, and will most likely be back for our next auto purchase. Absolutely outstanding salesperson I decided to finally purchase a new car...and my current 2001 Chevy Malibu had almost 250,000 miles on it. I went to Gjovik's to meet with Chris Grif I decided to finally purchase a new car...and my current 2001 Chevy Malibu had almost 250,000 miles on it. I went to Gjovik's to meet with Chris Griffing. He was so helpful and I know I wanted a new Chevy Equinox LT all wheel drive, pearl white, with gray interior. They did not have this one in stock, but Chris found one exactly what I wanted. He got it delivered to Gjovik's and I drove home a very happy customer. It turns out that the shopping for a car...one of my most dreaded experiences was really a wonderful experience going to Gjovik's and having Chris Griffing gets me the car I wanted with everything I wanted at a great price. What's not to love...I love Gjovik's and they serviced my 2001 Malibu with nearly 250,000 miles and still running good. I know my car was safe to drive and I knew their service department was always looking out for my safety. Thanks Olaf Gjovik...everyone I have met with at Gjovik's are wonderful to work with. More
