My transmission does not need service. I told the person who checked me in that my transmission did not need servicing because it had been rebuilt around 58,000 miles. Oil Change Went in for a Simple oil change. Was then told I needed a new drive belt with no explanation and that it would cost over $300. Just a simple “You nee Went in for a Simple oil change. Just a simple “You need it replaced, here is the cost, we can do it now.” Now other explanation as to why it needed to be replaced. I declined and took it to my own personal mechanic. He looked he belt over and found zero cracks, or wear in the belt and stated he belt looked brand new. I called and talked to a manager and he stated that they go off recommendation not how it actually looks. Not at al impressed with the customer service and will never go back More
