slow service I was told when I got there I was next and would get right in - waited 45 min if not longer then got it then it took for ever for the oil change then I was told when I got there I was next and would get right in - waited 45 min if not longer then got it then it took for ever for the oil change then to check out was way to long- I was there almost 3 hours then got car home and a couple of days later the oil light came on and we had to add a quart of oil so the oil was not even filled all the way it was short one quart More

We have brought our F550 service body truck in for routine maintenance since it was new, and use a fleet management company for payment. In three service visits the billing has never been done correctly. We have had to call in more than once per service visit to straighten this out, one time we had to make a personal visit to the billing department. The last visit we were told the truck shop was too busy to complete the recommended tire rotation. More

Dropped the truck off for warranty work and was questioned by the mechanic on how it happened, did not like the accusations that I was towing to heavy Dropped the truck off for warranty work and was questioned by the mechanic on how it happened, did not like the accusations that I was towing to heavy of a load when my camper only weighs 4,600 pounds. and the day I picked the truck up I told them what time I would be there and when I got there they gave me the keys I went out to the truck and it was covered with ice and snow it took about 20 minutes to clean it off, it would have been nice if it would have been brought inside to melt off, I guess once you buy the truck no need to be nice to the customer, a little nice goes a long way! More
