I asked them to look into the poor gas mileage and suggested a fuel system cleaning. I had the service done but the issue did not go away. I picked the truck up on a Saturday and was a bit disappointed because the truck was not prepared for pick up. The plastic was still on the seats and the steering wheel. I figured that it would be cleared out and it might even be run through the car wash. It also would have been nice to have someone check in on the mpg issue after the service. I feel the check out service should be as good as the check in. More
Excellent Service We had received notice about some "recall" or update service on our vehicle. So we scheduled service at Tenvoorde Ford. I was told on the phone that the service work would require the vehicle to be left at the service center and to allow at least three hours for the work. The morning I brought the vehicle to the shop, I was told that the ticket said it was a drop-off service and that it would be completed as available--so it could take most of the day. I was a little disappointed because that was different than the phone conversation but the work needed to be done. I stayed at the service center and went to work on some electronic documents and emails. I was very surprised when Jesse came back to me, in less than an hour and a half, to say the work was completed and the vehicle was ready! What a thrill to have better service and efficiency than expected or anticipated! Jesse did a great job in handling/processing our service request and the technicians did a great job in getting the work done in an efficient and effective manner! We were very pleased with the outcome on the work! More
I took my van in for noise from a vibration. It still makes that noise. The person who called me said the mechanic didn’t hear it. So they offered a tire rotation and alignment. not happy! been there 3 times for an oil change, and to have my wireless charger fixed. and still my charger does not work. I payed 30,000$ for a 2019 edge. and no one can fix it. each time I come I have t have my wireless charger fixed. and still my charger does not work.
