I was charged 116 dollars when i brought my 2018 Taurus in to ask about a wheel or something squealing -- which I didnt understand being it is under warranty. I was told one of my mirrors is broken (and it in to ask about a wheel or something squealing -- which I didnt understand being it is under warranty. I was told one of my mirrors is broken (and it is the way it was when i purchased it, btw)... and they said they would repair it for 400 dollars! and that was what was causing the squeal... What a joke. I complained and the service manager did eventually call me... I missed his call, called him back... and he left me a message saying he would call me the next day. No call after that. I recently needed an oil change and decided to take it somewhere else... If i am going to pay for services that should be covered by my warranty but obviously are not I might as well just service my vehicle somewhere else. VERY disappointed and reconsidering switching to a different make of vehicle. I have always wanted to support Ford because my uncles worked at Ford in Minneapolis their whole lives... but what good is a warranty if you have to pay to get something checked out? and pay for a "broken" mirror that came that way??? So Frustrating! More

Unfortunately the battery they installed for me was bad, so it needed to be replaced. The Tech that did the job left the Engine compartment a mess, However, James took care of it. Brought my truck in because of a vibration in drive train, asked to check Transmission fluid too. Cause was said to be U joint, sensors, service notice and "transmission fluids look good". Vibration st train, asked to check Transmission fluid too. Cause was said to be U joint, sensors, service notice and "transmission fluids look good". Vibration still there. I highly doubt they drove it after the did the $1,200 of work because they would have noticed. Impossible not to. I took it into a local shop. Guys says, transmission fluid looks really bad. probably the cause. Change fluid and filter plus additive for the pressure plate. Completely fixed the issue. less than $300. More
