In the end, your people finally came through!!! Luckily for Tenvoorde, you have a real gem in one of your service advisors, namely Jim Niemuth!!! If it wasn't for him, our rating would probably have been somewhere around a 1. I bought a Ford private party and a few days later the car wouldn’t start. When I managed to get it to run I brought it to Tenvoorde and they immediately knew I needed a new key while a different shop was car wouldn’t start. I left paying under $100 when a shop quoted me nearly triple that. Fast service and fair pricing will keep me coming back! More

Brought the vehicle in for diagnostic on the ac. Got it back in worse condition than when it was brought in, as they also messed with the tie rods and brakes, a service we had been told would cost extra so back in worse condition than when it was brought in, as they also messed with the tie rods and brakes, a service we had been told would cost extra so we opted not to, but was clearly done anyway.
