Your service dept mis-aligned my Fusion Hybrid three times after I purchased new tires; causing the car to jerk back and forth violently on slippery roads. However, no one from your dept contacted me to bring my car back to correct the problem. Also, I had to sit and wait for several hours each time for the alignment. You did not have any loaner cars for me. That is something that is provided for me at other dealerships. More
