Service group is great, sales floor was worse experience I have ever had. They fixed the left hub bearing on my F-250 because it was grinding. When I drove it out, it was making the same noise so could not have been properly diagnosed. Turns out the Right hub bearing was grin was grinding. When I drove it out, it was making the same noise so could not have been properly diagnosed. Turns out the Right hub bearing was grinding. I had it fixed elsewhere. They also said I needed new brakes/rotors ect. , and u-joints because u-joints were "rusting". Had brakes checked and they were 70% and no wear on rotors and the u-joint was tight. Feel a lot of extra stuff was added on to be fixed and had I not known enough about vehicles, I would have been paying for unnecessary fixes where the next person would have been duped. More

I made an appointment to have service done on my Explorer for a recall and an oil change. Barry was extremely friendly and made sure that the appointment fit my schedule. When my truck was finished, Barry called me to let me and asked what time worked best for me to be picked up. Car was in dirtier condition when it left than arrived. Grease on dash and personal items thrown in back seat. Brought in Explorer for front end noise. Left with bill for $125 and front end noise. Was told that the service tech couldn’t duplicate noise, but I can duplicate it every day on my drive to work. It appears that I will need to drive it until the part totally fails in the front end and then take it somewhere for repairs. Vehicle has 27K miles and I was told I’m not covered under factory warranty anymore. I always prefer the dealer, but with 27K miles and no warranty and a dealership that can’t fix my vehicles issue, it appears that the recommendation is that I should go elsewhere. Everything aside from that, my Service writer was courteous. Thanks More
